RETURN / REFUND POLICY
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this time, the order enters processing and can no longer be canceled. If your cancellation request is submitted within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued within 14 days at the latest.
Upon receiving your order, you have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to provide a reason. The only cost incurred will be the return shipping fees, which remain your responsibility—unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item shipped) or covered under a legal or commercial warranty. Return shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the item. If the 14-day period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
Refunds will cover the price of the returned items and the original shipping fees. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method as the original order, and will be processed within 14 days from the moment we receive and inspect the returned products. Please note that cash-on-delivery returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Products must be new, unused, complete, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. Items must be in a resalable condition.
Products that are damaged, incomplete, visibly used, stained, or altered will not be accepted or refunded. If the product or its original packaging is damaged beyond simple opening, the return will be refused.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products made according to your specific request.
