📦 Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times
Because each of our products is handcrafted and shipped from specialized workshops across different countries, delivery times vary depending on the Katana you purchase.

📬 Estimated Delivery Window:
Once your item is shipped, delivery typically takes 0 to 3 days, depending on your location.
Note : our custom made katanas can have a lot longer order processing time due to the customisation nature of the product.
Please note: If you order multiple Katanas with a decorated wooden box, only one decorated box will be shipped per order, regardless of quantity.
🚚 Delivery Terms
Delivery is considered complete when the customer takes physical possession or control of the product. From that point, any risk or damage is transferred to the customer.
Products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, and the package needs to be resent, additional delivery fees will apply. Katana USA cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccurate customer input.
📦 Upon Delivery: What You Need to Check
We strongly encourage customers to inspect their package upon arrival:

If there’s any issue, you must:

Report it immediately to the delivery carrier

Please include your order number and customer ID in all communications.
If no issue is reported within this timeframe, the delivery will be considered complete and compliant with your order.
📅 Delivery Timeframes & Delays
Estimated delivery timeframes are clearly stated during the checkout process and in your confirmation email. For deliveries within France, timelines range from 10 to 180 days, depending on the product.
If you leave explicit instructions for the delivery to be left at your door or with a third party, Katana USA declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft, or damage.
In the rare event of a delivery delay, customers must notify our support team and allow a reasonable additional period for investigation and resolution. If the issue persists and is not due to force majeure, you may request an order cancellation. Upon acceptance, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
🎁 Refund Conditions for Promotions & Vouchers
Orders that were paid, fully or partially, with vouchers, coupons, or promotional discounts will be refunded, if applicable, in the same form of credit used during purchase. Refunds will take into account any promotional benefits applied.
